Mowing Services
What sets us apart from others is that we care for your property as if it were our own. Shoreway Landscapes provides a weekly and bi-weekly lawn services. Every lawn is different as well as the season and we understand that and use our expertise to make sure your lawn is cut at the perfect height every time. We also provide a full turf renovations service that includes core aeration, thatching, top dressing and over seeding.
Shrubs
Have plants and trees that you're not sure how to maintain? We don’t believe everything has to be a certain shape or trimmed down to the stubs. We will only trim things to a certain extent depending on the season as well as the health of the shrub. All pruning equipment is cleaned after each property to make sure that no bugs or fungus is transported from one property to another.
Fertilizer
Every lawn is different and we design a special program for each. For all new clients we suggest a soil test to get a PH reading and find out what your turf actually needs. We agree that the greener is better and use organic fertilizers with a supplement program. This will help keep each program environmentally friendly and reduce the amount of pesticide used.
We don’t just stop at the turf though; we also provide a program for your annuals, perennials and all your shrubs. We understand that plants have needs too and before every application we examine your shrubbery and find out what they may be lacking and may need to build a stronger root base. Also we check for any type of bug or fungus that may be affecting your plant to flourish for seasons to come.
Full Service
We provide a full landscape package that can be modified for each property. This package includes: spring cleanup and mulch, weekly weeding services, summer trimming, fertilizer applications, lawn service and fall cleanup and winterization service.
We also provide commercial and condo association landscape programs.
